On Friday 9th August we had a 30th Birthday celebration of the business on the Lady Diana.  I would just like to say a big thank you to everyone who came to the celebration and to people who have sent their well wishes.

I cannot tell you how proud I am to be a part of this journey…

As I am sure many of your know my beautiful Mum Jackie started Homelet back in 1989 and it was one of the first letting agents in Chester and when few agents were servicing the lettings business.  It was a big leap.  She ran an incredibly successful business whilst raising two children who at times were not the easiest!

15 years later

15 years later Lisa my wonderful Auntie took over and the success continued.   The business has gone from strength to strength and has had very loyal people and customers.  We are very grateful to everyone who has been with us and for your care and recommendations.  A great deal of our business has been gained through personal recommendation and for that we are truly grateful.

Sales was another new beginning

After a few more years we decided to go into sales too and we continued to thrive.

We have survived two recessions and ever changing legislation and I can honestly say that I love and am very proud to be one of the very few remaining independent estate agencies in Chester.

What a team

Of course a business is not successful without the team.  So I wanted to say a massive thank you to Lisa, John, Ashley, Lucy and Sophie.  Not forgetting Grandad Lionel and our newest member Tim.

I have never worked with a better team, you are all more than work mates but you feel like family.

So once again, thank you for joining us and being part of our journey we look forward to the next 30!
