We are delighted to announce that Premier Lettings has officially joined Currans Homes.

For many years, Premier Lettings has built a trusted reputation for looking after landlords, tenants and property investments across Cheshire and the surrounding areas. Most importantly, this transition has been carefully planned to ensure continuity and peace of mind. Debbie and Dave will continue to be involved throughout the process, helping to support a smooth and seamless handover for landlords, tenants and contractors alike.
What Does This Mean For Existing Landlords and Tenants?
The answer is simple. Very little will change.
Properties will continue to be managed by the same experienced team and all existing Terms of Business will remain in place. There are no changes to management fees and we will continue to work with trusted contractors wherever possible.
Our focus is on maintaining the high standards of service clients have come to expect while providing the additional support and resources available through the wider Currans Homes network.

Currans Homes now operates from offices in Chester, Mold and Heswall, supporting clients across Cheshire, Wirral and North Wales. The addition of Premier Lettings strengthens our dedicated lettings division and allows us to continue investing in people, technology and service.
