Rental Fees & Tenancy Applications

Under the Tenant Fees Act 2019, we do not charge a rental fee.

However, at the point that you wish to secure a property, we do take a £100 holding deposit. This is a holding deposit that is reimbursed against your rental commitment once your tenancy agreement commences.

According to the 2019 act, a landlord must take a property off the market and commence referencing, once this deposit is paid. If the tenant gives false or misleading information, or they decide to cancel their application the holding deposit will be retained by the agency. You can apply for a property here.
