Lisa Curran MNAEA, MNARLA
Lisa is fiercely passionate about people and property. A keen property investor, she is a regular at estate agent and investment seminars and champions small business in the Chester community.
John Curran MNAEA
John, a director of Currans Unique, manages the sales area of the business. He is a local property investor and has been involved in the Chester property scene since the late 1990s.
Ashley is an experienced sales manager with a proven background of 22 years in corporate estate agency. He has a real passion for matching people to property, whether in sales, lettings, development, or landlords.
Meg Wilson MNARLA
Meg takes up the position of office manager and is responsible for the daily management of everything in and out of both Currans Homes and Currans Unique. Meg is customer-service oriented and possesses a unique ability to combine professional knowledge and experience with identifying individual clients’ needs in order to deliver results.
Sophie Cohen MNARLA
Sophie oversees the lettings department with responsibility for all lettings, property management and liaison with landlords. With 6 years of estate agency experience, she is a consummate professional and delivers a service to her clients that is second to none. Her ‘can do’ and systematic approach ensures you’re in safe hands.
Lucy has been with us for over 10 years and previously worked for a local corporate agency within their sales department. Lucy achieves great success through her drive and exceptional organisational skills and has an amazing ability to put you instantly at ease. Nothing is too much for Lucy, she lives in the moment and will find a way around any issue through her fast-thinking ideas, hard work and can-do attitude.
Ella is our customer service professional and will guide you through every step of your purchase or sale with ease. She is currently studying for her Propertymark exams in Sale of Residential Property.
Cat is intelligent, enthusiastic and oozes professionalism. Her role covers everything from arranging viewings and property management, to end of tenancy checkouts. Cat is passionate about photography and takes expert property photos and walkthrough videos.
A respected member of the team and company ambassador, Lionel has been with Currans for over 10 years. He brings a wealth of local knowledge and a friendly approach which means he’s well placed to offer insightful and useful guidance to prospective purchasers and tenants.
We are open for business as normal. We’re committed to conducting safe valuations, viewings, and appointments. Therefore, we’ve aligned with current health guidelines to ensure we do our best to keep you and our team safe. This means we have a written Health and Safety process that our team must adhere to. You can request to view this. As always, we continue to offer in-person meetings and remotely by phone and video.
