We are pleased to share that Currans Homes has acquired Molyneux Rentals, bringing two established, family run property businesses together.
A Shared History, A Shared Approach
Molyneux Rentals has served the local market since 1967. Currans Homes has done the same since 1989. Both businesses have been built on the same foundations: long term relationships, local knowledge, and a strong focus on doing the right thing by clients.
This acquisition felt like a natural fit. Both businesses are owner led and values led, with a clear commitment to service, consistency, and care. We believe property is personal. Behind every tenancy and every investment is a person, a family, and a plan, and that deserves a management service that is responsive, professional, and trusted.

Day to day management continues as normal, with the added support and infrastructure of Currans Homes. Our aim is simple: protect what works, keep communication clear, and deliver a reliable experience for everyone involved.
