Lisa Curran MNAEA, MNARLA

Lisa is fiercely passionate about people and property. A keen property investor, she is a regular at estate agent and investment seminars and champions small business in the Chester community.

John Curran MNAEA

John, a director of Currans Unique, manages the sales area of the business. He is a local property investor and has been involved in the Chester property scene since the late 1990s.

Ashley Hope

Ashley is an experienced sales manager with a proven background of 22 years in corporate estate agency. He has a real passion for matching people to property, whether in sales, lettings, development, or landlords.

Meg Wilson MNARLA

Meg takes up the position of office manager and is responsible for the daily management of everything in and out of both Currans Homes and Currans Unique. Meg is customer-service oriented and possesses a unique ability to combine professional knowledge and experience with identifying individual clients’ needs in order to deliver results.

Sophie Cohen MNARLA

Since 2018, Sophie has been at the heart of our lettings team, managing tenancies, property maintenance, and landlord relationships with calm efficiency. Known for her no-nonsense approach, attention to detail, and ‘can-do’ attitude, every property is in safe hands. Outside of work, she enjoys long walks with her dog and cosy nights in.

Lucy Smith

Since 2010, Lucy has brought a wealth of experience in sales and lettings. As our Lettings Negotiator, she handles every stage of the lettings process, ensuring things run smoothly for landlords and tenants. Her thoughtful approach & in-depth knowledge make her a go-to for all things lettings—even the office plants thrive under her care.

Bea Brown

Bea, or BB as she is affectionately known, is super-efficient, friendly, and loved by all clients. Bea forms part of our sales team, but she also has a strong knowledge of the lettings process. So, whether you’re a landlord, tenant, owner or buyer, Bea is your lady.

Matt Royle

Matt is our Operations Manager and can help with any aspect of your purchase or sale or rental/renting experience. He is the guru of all things property and is passionate about providing the best marketing materials and produces expert property video tours.

Ella Lewis

Ella is our customer service professional and will guide you through every step of your purchase or sale with ease. She is currently studying for her Propertymark exams in Sale of Residential Property.

Chloe

Our upbeat and dedicated Portfolio Manager, Chloe, cares for landlords, tenants, and properties with warmth and efficiency. With a background in pharmacy recruitment and estate agency, Chloe brings a unique blend of skills to the team– outside of work, she loves cooking, baking, and spending time with her two dogs.

Jonny

Jonny brings energy and enthusiasm to every part of the sales process—from valuing properties and conducting viewings to delivering top-notch customer service and feedback. Known for his friendly and approachable nature, Jonny is always happy to help and always has a fun fact up his sleeve no matter the occasion.

Kathryn Currie

Kathryn is Branch Manager of Currans Homes North Wales. With a career that spans both sales and lettings, she brings expert insight into the local property market. Known for her commitment to exceptional service, Kathryn is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals—always offering thoughtful guidance and a steady hand throughout every stage of the journey.

Sara Poole

Sara is Office Manager and a true mainstay of the North Wales branch, having been part of the team for over 11 years. Specialising in lettings, she combines expert knowledge with a warm, welcoming approach. Whether you’re a landlord or tenant, you can count on Sara’s professionalism and care to make the entire experience feel seamless.

Clair Austin

Clair plays a vital behind-the-scenes role in accounts and sales progression. With 6 years at Currans, she ensures every transaction is handled with accuracy and care. From managing finances to keeping sales on track, Clair’s attention to detail and client-first focus help create smooth, stress-free experiences for buyers and sellers alike.

Demi Higginson

Demi joined the team in 2024 and has already made a mark with her energy and client-focused approach to sales. From handling enquiries and offers to creating social media content and welcoming new clients, Demi brings creativity, drive, and a can-do spirit to every interaction—always with the goal of delivering standout results.

Euan Clapperton

Euan is a lettings specialist known for his reliable, hands-on support to both tenants and landlords.
