Step inside, onto the gilt patterned tiles of the atrium, amply illuminated by six Velux windows above and inset lighting recessed into the floor for a show-stopping entrance. Light, both natural and feature, is a recurrent motif in this warm and welcoming home, with a grand total of fourteen Velux windows featuring throughout.
Emerge into the hub of the home, a spectacularly illuminated dining hall; a central point in the home, where rooms open up like spokes off a wheel. The natural heart of the home, designer coil radiator is a contemporary touch, balanced by the traditional element of the stone gas fireplace. Tucked off from the kitchen is the refreshingly styled orangery, amply illuminated by wall lighting and two large Velux windows, drawing in the leafy foliage and birdsong from Grosvenor Park beyond. Blurring the boundaries between the outdoors and within, a door once more opens up to the courtyard garden beyond, connecting the orangery with both the kitchen and snug; perfect for warm summer evenings entertaining guests.
Flow back through to the hub, a fantastic formal dining area, which also leads on to the staircase to the right. Peep beneath the stairs through the door leading to the cellar – a spacious collection of dry, vented areas specially sealed and ideal for storage.

Returning to the landing, before you continue beneath the archway and along the hallway, note the entrance hatch for the loft above, a fully insulated additional storage area with lighting, electricity and accessed by a fold-away ladder.
Turning down the landing, sneak a peek through the first door on the right, into a dreamy bedroom, delicately dressed in tones of dove grey with blush pink coving. The décor throughout the home is neutral and tasteful. Built-in wardrobes provide so much storage, with divine views out over the river.

Step out of the spacious third bedroom, and through the door at the end of the hallway, leading to the office, a potential fifth bedroom. Furnished with fitted wardrobes and storage, windows to two sides frame views out over the courtyard and treeline below. Returning along the landing on your way back downstairs, peep through a door nestled between the second and third bedrooms.

Leave the car at home, everything you need is within easy walking distance, including the local rowing clubs. Peaceful yet vibrant, traffic is restricted, with access for cars only available to the river front.
